Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All GameSir® controllers purchased
from wewillgame.com come with a 1-year limited warranty covering non-human-caused
defects in materials and workmanship.

Within the first 30 days: Free
return or replacement. We cover all shipping costs.

From day 31 to 1 year: Free
replacement (not repair). You only need to cover the return shipping of
the defective item; we will cover the shipping for the new one.

Intentional damage or misuse, as
well as issues occurring after the 1-year warranty period, are not
covered. However, we offer paid repair services, and you may
ship the item to us at your own cost, with repair fees applied
after evaluation.
